Three Musketeers

I had the opportunity to photograph 3 three year old cousins.  They appropriately dressed up as the Three Musketeers.  I can't get over how adorable they all are.  You can definitely see how much they love each other!

I have had the opportunity to photograph this little guy a few times. Never does he fail to make me smile. This was for his third birthday, and again, he cheesed it ip. Pkus he is adorable!!

Amanda Bridals

This is one of my greatest friends.  I had the opportunity to take some of her bridals for her wedding last year.  It's not hard to take a great picture when your model is that beautiful!

Emma Headshots

This lovely little girl is my niece, and was recently in her first play.  It was "A Little Princess", where she played the part of Lottie.  She personally called me and asked me to do headshots for her.  For the first real headshots I have done, I was quite proud.  Doesn't hurt when you have a gorgeous little model!

365 Photo a Day Challenge - January

As I said before, I am participating in a 365 day photo challenge.  I will be updating this post with all photos as I complete them.

Day 1: "Resolution" - I have quite a few resolutions this year.  Some of them personal, some of them not so much.  One that is really important to me this year is for me to manage my own time.  This is work, home, etc.  This is letting me be my own boss.  This picture below shows my 365 day photo challenge resolution.

Day 2: "New" - Anyone who knows me, knows how much I love nature.  I took my dog into my backyard, and I saw this new icicle forming.  I thought it was the perfect picture for new.

Day 3: "My outfit" - I really don't enjoy pictures of myself.  But we went to the zoo and I liked my outfit that day, so I had my sister take a picture of me.

2015

Wow! I can't believe that 2014 has come to an end. It was a great year, with alot of changes in my life. I am excited to see what 2015 has in store for me. One of my resolutions this year, is to learn even more about photography and to continue to improve with it. Along with that, I have decided to do a 365 day photo challenge. I am hoping you can all keep me honest and hold me to this resolution.

Less is More

The saying "less is more" I think applies in most things, but really applies to photography.  As a photographer I prefer not to edit my pictures as much as possible.  I think that it really shows the talent of someone, if they can get the image they would like, with the least amount of editing.  This photo is one I took at my family's time share in Snowbird Utah.  The only edit to this photo, is the tint.
